The Commercial Buildings Working Group

The Group addresses in depth the issues of energy efficiency and conservation in the (Commercial building Sector encompassing the components of constructing and managing commercial buildings. The commercial buildings include all buildings and facilities utilized for non-residential purposes.

Proposed Working Cycle

    1. The WG works to find best solution to energy saving by efficiency and conservation
    2. EE&C awareness program while raising fund for WG
    3. Start with Selected Solutions that are proven and economically feasible (max 3 per year)
    4. Regular FGD every month with extended discussion on WAG EEB-MASKEEI
    5. Discussion on each Solution must finish in max 3 FGD
    6. Document Solutions in a White Paper/Recommendation
    7. Discuss draft White Paper with “Dewan Pengurus” and “Dewan Pakar”
    8. Publish the White Paper (Website, Seminar, Submit a copy to stakeholders including Government)
